Dear EMS members,
As you already know from the organisers of EMC2020, we will not meet in Copenhagen this summer. This is of course unfortunate and we deeply regret the fact, but have to accept it in the light of the current circumstances. Future options are under study, you will be kept informed.
We plan to hold an on-line General Assembly, provide the talks of the EMS awards and we will arrange for the General council. We are currently working on this. All practical details will be given before end of May.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to President Klaus Qvortrup and his local team, as well as to Allison Winton, Chief Executive at RMS, PCO organizer of EMC2020. We sincerely hope that there will be another opportunity to meet all of you and enjoy then the hospitality and exciting science with the Copenhagen team!
