Dr. Miklós Erdélyi, physicist, Doctor of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Head of the Department of Physics at the Faculty of Science and Informatics of the University of Szeged, for his outstanding teaching work and the establishment of a laboratory for super-resolution localization microscopy research in physics, biology, and medicine, in recognition of his internationally recognized research achievements and his work in promoting physics, he was awarded the Order of Merit of Hungary, civilian branch, on the occasion of 20 August, which he received at the Vigadó in Pest.
We congratulate Miklós on his well-deserved high recognition, wish him further discoveries and developments in the ever-widening fields of microscopy, and wish him good health.
