Two very well-known, respected and beloved members of our Society, Péter B. Barna and Kati Balázsi, were also awarded high state honours on the occasion of our national holiday.

Naturally, we, who know them personally, know much more about them than these officially published, virtually identifying details. We also know that while these fine accolades are welcome and much appreciated, none of them has worked for this or anything like it, so they will continue to be as humble and kind among us and will continue to work for Society as long as their health and strength will allow.
